Meet Your Coach, Piret
Curiosity has always been my driving force. I’m constantly studying, exploring, and proving to myself that growth never stops. For me, life is about staying curious, open, and always learning.
My days are a mix of healthy habits and little joys. Mornings still start with the joy of coffee — often with lion’s mane or tremella & maitake extract. Evenings end with a long walk after dinner, and in between you’ll often find me on the yoga mat, doing interval training, or tuning into the latest health podcast.
Nutrition has always been at the center of my lifestyle — focusing on fresh, nourishing foods and plenty of protein to keep my body and mind energized. To complement that, magnesium, a B vitamin complex, and collagen are my daily go-tos for balance, strength, and recovery.
Menopause challenged me to take my love of longevity and healthy living even deeper. By combining nutrition, movement, and smart supplementation, I discovered what truly makes a difference. And because I wanted to share that with others, I became a Functional Medicine Nutritional Coach.
Now, I help women find their own version of balance — with practical, evidence-based tools to feel energized, confident, and strong at every stage of midlife.
